Angela Lee is a PhD candidate at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law, where she also co-designed and co-teaches an upper year JD seminar on Food Law and Policy. Her doctoral work critically considers the intersections between new and emerging technologies, the environment, various forms of justice (including intergenerational, intragenerational, and interspecies), and the law, particularly in the context of food and agriculture. Her research on this topic has recently been published in the Dalhousie Law Journal, the University of Ottawa Law Review, the Canadian Journal of Women and the Law, and Canadian Food Studies. She is also co-editing a forthcoming volume on Food Law in Canada.
